Premier is a modern printing-packaging unit that has everything in-house and under one roof. We understand the needs of our customers, we offer them a variety of solutions that suit their requirement the best and fit in their budget.

We provide them with samples for testing. In case of new job development, we provide die-key line, art-work, samples and proofs.

6 Colours Offset Printing :

We have the advanced offset printing machine from KBA Rapida Germany.
Maximum printing size is 74 cms X 106 cms.
Machine is equipped with online UV and Aqueous coater and extended delivery.
Online Drip-off effects.

Met-Pet / UV Printing :

Our KBA Rapida is a hybrid machine that has inter-deck UV lamps on all printing units and coaters.
Met-Pet printing is done on board / paper with all types of films, Silver foil, Gold foil, Holographic etc.
Label printing on foils.
Online Coating of high gloss or matte type.
Online Drip-off effects.

Automatic Die-Cutting :

In order to meet the rising demands of quantity we have installed a brand new advanced and fully automatic Die-Cutter from SBL Taiwan in September 2017. The machine has most advanced features like online stripping, blanking, presets etc. embossing and die-punching can be done in single operation.

Automatic Folding Gluing :

Folding gluing of all types eg straightline, crash lock bottom, side pasting etc of mono-cartons and also 3 ply fluted cartons is done on our automatic folder gluer from Bobst, Swtizerland. The machine is equipped with disc gluing and 4 Guns cold adhesive gluing system from HSS Baumer Germany.

Hot-Foil Stamping :

Hot Foil stamping is done on our Heidelberg Cylinder, Germany with auto feeder for accurate registration at high speed.

Coating/lamination :

We have various machines of reputed companies for all type of lamination and offline coatings.

Corrugators :

Automatic 52” high speed, double profile corrugator with B & C flutes and online board cutting.
42” singe face corrugators, vertical type for E,F and Micro Flutes.
Side pasting is done on automatic machine
Flute Lamination is done on automatic machine

Flexo Printing :

Dongguang County Huawei (China) 2 colors Printing for printing of corrugated boxes with online slotter, rotary die-cutter & creaser

Sample Making :

We have a sample maker from AOKE Cut China, which enables us to check the accuracy of lay-out and die keyline.
